Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom work created specifically for your project. However, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Warranty

We provide a warranty period for our work during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. The warranty period and terms will be specified in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mego Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
